Surprisingly, an ominous development that impacts India’s security concerns gravely has gone unnoticed in the Indian media. Adoption of the Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) by the United Nations General Assembly on 2 April 2013 has rendered arms importing nations vulnerable to the machinations of the exporting countries.
