With more natural disasters occurring in Asia there is now a greater need for governments and international agencies to put in place the appropriate warning systems and response procedures to deal with the different disasters that take place in the region. Our inaugural Disaster Relief Asia conference and exhibition will explore different areas of a disaster. There will be a key focus on the following areas during the two day conference: Search and Rescue operations and cooperation amongst agencies, the importance of airlift support, Humanitarian Aid and planning for displaced civilians and future warning systems being developed for different disasters. Disaster Relief Asia will look at recent natural catastrophes that have happened in Asia and evaluate the response and humanitarian efforts that took place.
