Does Pakistan have any moral right to be the President of the Security Council?

On 18th December 2012 Pakistan took over as President of the Security Council of the United Nations.
The recent beheading of Indian Army personnel by the Pakistani Army was never condemned by the government of Pakistan or its Ambassador Masood Khan, Permanent Representative of Pakistan at the United Nations which shows their least concern for the peace measures being taken up by their Indian counterparts at all levels.

More Kasabs ready! Are we?

So, finally, the sole surviving butcher of the Mumbai terrorist attack was hanged on 21st November 2012. Silently and strictly in keeping with the rules laid down for death by hanging Ajmal Kasab was hanged after dawn. There was no media hype nor the contentious human rights activists and all went well. No newspaper covered it in their daily news till it was announced officially by the government of Maharashtra and the central government.
