Kautilya’s Foreign Policy and it is Relevance in National Security of Contemporary India towards China

Kautilya's foreign policy, primarily based on his "Mandala Theory" in the Arthashastra, remains highly relevant to India's national security strategy towards China, as it emphasises the importance of understanding and managing neighboring powers. On reviewing Kautilya’s foreign policy, we can better understand the approach of India's foreign policy to deal with the threat from neighbouring countries like China.
