U.S. Marine Corps Deploys ACV Trainers

The ACV was created to advance the Marine Corps' amphibious assault capabilities. In contrast to the Assault Amphibious Vehicle (AAV), which faced limitations in survivability, mobility and communication, the ACV is equipped with superior protection against both land and maritime threats, along with enhanced speed and maneuverability. It also provides improved communications, ensuring Marines stay connected even in difficult environments.

Capable of operating across diverse settings—such as high-threat zones, urban battlefields and extreme environmental conditions—the ACV is a highly versatile and vital tool for modern amphibious operations. As the ACV program progresses and develops, it will become a cornerstone of the U.S. Marine Corps' amphibious warfare strategy, ensuring that Marines are equipped with cutting-edge, high-performance platforms to effectively address emerging threats.
